Refund
We scrutinize each product before despatch. However, suppose you believe your product is broken, faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown. In that case, you can apply for a refund within 7 days of receipt by emailing us at info@konatsu-utsuwa.com.au. Please state the reason of your request of refund with your full name, order number in the e-mail, and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
We will only accept returned items that are in "as-new" condition and their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will decline a refund for items that show used.
Please note that artisan's handcraft all of our products. Each one of them is unique, which means they are not identical. Therefore, a minor difference is not a valid reason.
Exchange & Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your order from us, and it is less than 30 days of receipt, we can offer you an exchange. Just email us at info@konatsu-utsuwa.com.au and specify your full name, order number and email address. We will get back to you within 1 business day.We will only accept items that are in "as-new" condition and their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will refuse the exchange for items that show used or unsaleable. You are responsible for any additional shipping and postage charges for sending them back to us.
We can issue a money refund once we received the item back as new condition. The amount of the money refund will equal the amount you paid minus a service charge (1.75% for card payment methods) and the shipping fee. We will process the refund within one (1) business day. The refund amount will go back to you by your initial payment method within five (5) business days.
